Peter Fowler has had over 40 years experience in Anglican education. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the Anglican Schools Corporation, based in Sydney, and has held this position since 2021. The Anglican Schools Corporation oversees 18 Anglican schools in 19 locations in NSW. Prior to this role, Peter was the Foundation Principal of Rouse Hill Anglican College from 2001 and grew the College from 150 students to over 1500 students.

Peter is a member of the Association of Independent Schools NSW (AISNSW) Advisory Council, the Independent Schools Consultative Committee and the Independent Schools Teacher Accreditation Authority Council. He was formerly the NSW/ACT Chair of AHISA (2017-2019) and a member of the AHISA Board (2017-2021).

Peter’s teaching background is secondary Geography, Economics and Business Studies. He was the Chief Examiner for Business Studies for the NSW Board of Studies from 2001 to 2004.

As the CEO of the Anglican Schools Corporation, Peter supports the ongoing growth of the schools within the Corporation and the development of new schools in identified growth areas.

Peter is an active member of a local Anglican Church. He is married to Robyn and has three adult daughters, each of whom are teachers in Anglican schools.
